Mike and Keith were on time and very courteous. They did all that was asked of them and made the move much easier for us. Thank you to them. Only complaint we had was that we mistakenly had the helpers for 8 hours when we only needed 4. Contract said to let the mover know before they started of the need to subtract or add hours but Samuel Moore (the contact) said he did not know what we were talking about and we had to pay for all 8 hours . I would us them again but would caution people to make sure about the time they need as you cannot change, at least not with AZ big boy movers.

Movers were on time and completed the job in the scheduled amount of time. Nothing was damaged and the truck was packed very full of stuff-- they definitely knew how to pack the truck. Both guys were friendly and professional. The only negative thing I could say was that they were on their 3rd job of the day and they seemed a little tired (understandable for moving in July in AZ). Would definitely hire this company again.

I used this service last year and had the same experience. These guys are great! They moved so quickly that I had to call my friends, who were going to help, and tell them to go on to the final destination because we would be gone by the time they got there! They also put some art in the back of their car, so it wouldn't get damaged, and drove the truck for me. Professional - yes, courteous - yes, on time - yes. 5 stars!!!
