I was very happy with the crew that came to load my belongings into my rental van. They were at my apartment right on time. They wrapped all my furniture in plastic wrap and blankets that I provided. Was worried that the rental van I had might be too small, but they got everything in and secure. Would definitely recommend to others.

Khary and Shaun were great. On time, fast and diligent. They had us moved out, carefully and creatively, in the allotted time. I will happily refer them and use them again.

Randy and Davario are phenomenal! Communication the day before and the day of was excellent. I received a call letting me know they were 25 minutes out. Conditions for them were challenging. It was raining and the furniture from my 16-ft truck had to be moved up 3 flights of stairs. Some of my family members were helping and quickly ran out of steam, but Randy and Davario were carrying the heaviest of items as though they were light as a feather. They were careful not to damage anything. Everything was placed in its designated room. I was asked where I wanted items like the couch, TV stand, beds and dressers placed. All items were unwrapped for me. I cannot say enough good things about them. Amazingly, they completed the job in an hour and a half. I will definitely hire them for the next move.

Hidden Gem Moving did an excellent job. They packed my 5 bedroom house in such a quick orderly fashion. I would recommend them to anyone who cares about their property.
