We are careful who we send into your home, around your family and to handle your property, we offer background checked helpers, checked through Hireahelper. INSURANCE through Hireahelper covers goods while being handled by our helpers up to $.60 per pound (policy must be activated by completing an inventory form). Full coverage insurance also available through Hireahelper. We'll never leave you stranded! If late we'll send extra helpers to make up time at no cost when possible. They loaded the truck in a professional manner to make sure the load would not shift during my long drive. Based on this experience, I will never use another approach when I move. This just could not have gone any smoother. From the time of their arrival, which was exactly at the start time, until they left they were all business.

Shawn (?) was a great guy. Called ahead. Clearly knew what he was doing, was organized, smart, and had the muscle we needed. He definitely knew how to load a truck properly. Got done right on time.

The crew showed up on time, and worked very efficiently! No issues with anything moving or shifting over a 3 day trek! Unfortunately, they didn’t make great use of the moving blankets as my sofa was not protected and got quite dirty on one side from the bottom of the moving truck. I’d still recommend the team, but maybe micromanage the important things a bit more!
