We strive to provide 5 star service on every move. We are careful who we send into your home, around your family and to handle your property, we offer background checked helpers, checked through Hireahelper. INSURANCE through Hireahelper covers goods while being handled by our helpers up to $.60 per pound (policy must be activated by completing an inventory form). Full coverage insurance also available through Hireahelper. We'll never leave you stranded! If late we'll send extra helpers to make up time at no cost when possible. The 2 movers did not get along and we’re inefficient. I was surprised by how long it took for them to move me in. This is the opposite of the experience I had with the same company a year ago.

What a top notch job! They were friendly, prepared, efficient, hard-working, fast and also went above and beyond with problem solving in getting outsize pieces out of the apartment. This was a big move -- after 30 years in the same space -- and they managed to fit it in to a U-Haul brilliantly. I would definitely use this service again. They took a lot of the stress out of a daunting task, and did it with grace and humor.

The PROMOVE team who helped me load my moving van were quick, efficient, and lovely to work with. They did an awesome job getting everything to fit neatly and compactly, and after driving cross-country for five days not a single item moved from place or arrived damaged. The actual moving part was fine, but contacting the company was very difficult and the movers themselves didn't know any of what I had communicated with the office the day before. Also, the movers were aggressively pressing for tips afterwards.
