They were on time and unbelievably efficient. I originally planned on working alongside them but realized I would only slow them down. They were filling a POD with a lot of boxes of various sizes an, furniture, and outdoor equipment. Not easy things to efficiently pack. But they managed to pack it literally full to the ceiling with no wasted space. It was, frankly, kind of amazing to watch. I would recommend them in a moment. Money well spent.

Good communication on start time. Movers worked quickly and efficiently. They took good care of my belongings making sure all items were wrapped in blankets and stretch wrap, used shields through doorways and flooring to eliminate any moving marks. Took the time at no extra charge to make sure items were strapped in properly after everything was loaded to eliminate any shifting during transit.

Let me say that at first I was very apprehensive in using the service BUT....Abe and Rigo were two of the most professional and personable people I have met in quite some time. They were on time and completely prepared and were moving things before I could believe it. They both worked very hard as I have two flights of stairs in my home and they made it look easy-peasy!!!!. I found it quite intriguing to watch Abe make the boxes and the furniture fit so perfectly in my 16' PackRat container and most of all while respecting my belongings and my home. I explained that I will still have a few more items to add before having this unit picked up and they made sure to leave extra room and explained how to pack the items so they would not shuffle around. They even hooked up the last ratchet strap for me. What an experience this was for me and I would HIGHLY recommend Abe and Rigo to anyone looking for hard working and respectful individuals who really do take pride in what they are doing! Thank you HireAHelper for making this the easiest part of my move!

The staff was very friendly but very very slow. It took 8 hours to complete a 4 hour job. We had everything boxed up and ready to load so it was not that they had to pack or disassemble. They ran out of tape and shrink wrap so I had to drive to 3 different locations to buy more supplies. Very disappointed with our experience.

My initial contact was professional and customer service focused. The men arrived @ 45 min later than scheduled, however, we were contacted. After that, what I anticipated to be helpful, as I have cancer and needed trustworthy and workers who were experts in loading containers, was only a nightmare. As I was clearly "instructed" by the owner at Alhood, "they have a paper I initialed stating I couldn't give my critique" (even though I was not given any copies as required by law). I will not bore you with details of the nightmare, just look for another loader and save yourself the time, energy, & disappointment. I will not use them again.

Our movers were not on time, but that was due to weather. Once they arrived, they worked very hard and with great skill in loading our moving van (as it was snowing and very cold) Both men were friendly. We would definitely use them again.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our customers will receive an introductory email & phone call to review details & materials important for a safe & efficient move. We will call a day or two before the move to confirm the date & arrival time.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Your crew will call en route with an updated arrival time. At your home the crew will do an initial wallk through to review items to be loaded & they will prep your home's floors, railings & doors with tarps & protection. The walk through is the time to point out any items or areas that need special attention - such as antiques, attics, etc.
