What a nice crew, on time, polite and so helpful. They kept saying don’t worry mam we can do this. They loaded a container for me. After watching how well they loaded it I would never have been able to . They were a fun crew working hard and helping each other. They took pride in doing a great job and were so helpful.

This team was absolutely wonderful, they were very communicative before the move and we were even able to move the appointment a little earlier once I knew when my pod would arrive. They were fast, diligent, and took care with all of my items. They saved me by shaving off time from my expected time. They were very personable and enjoyable to be around as well. I would highly recommend this company for your moving needs!

These movers showed up to my Denver apartment 45 minutes late. After I gave them access to my apartment. they immediately asked me to pick up moving straps from Home Depot. Before I left, I instructed them to just start with the outdoor patio furniture before I get back. Well, when I came back from Home Depot, things from my living room was always cleared out —including an important bag that had two laptops worth $5K, my passport, my birth certificate, and my social security card. I was NOT planning on having this bag placed into the moving truck, yet rather it was going into my car. These movers told me this that my living room furniture was already packed into my truck. So I assumed it was safe there until I got to my new apartment in Chicago. When I reached Chicago, I did not see my bag with these laptops and personal belongings was nowhere to be found. I also noticed my floor lamp was missing too. Upon tracking my laptops using Microsoft’s tracking tool, I found out they were still in Colorado. In fact, it was located in Lakewood, Colorado - 20 minutes west of my old apartment. I recall one of the movers saying he lives in Lakewood as well. When I called one of the movers to inquire about this bag, they quickly denied any wrongdoing and the owner of the company I spoke to soon after was also very defensive saying nothing like this has ever happened before, in spite the tracking information I shared. After I got off the phone, I could no longer track my laptop and still can’t to this day. No clue what they did to manipulate my ability to track my laptop. That’s how I know one of the movers stole this bag. Thanks to these movers, I have been in a great of distress having to replace these laptops (through an insurance claim I’m making through Hire A Helper), my passport, my birth certificate, and my social security card. Who knows if I’ll ever get any of my stolen personal belongings back. I regret trusting these movers to start moving out of my apartment while I stepped out to go to Home Depot. Avoid this moving company at all costs.
