Ivan, Carlos and Julio did a great job, loading our moving truck. They were on time and worked incredibly hard the entire time that we paid for. They were courteous, respectful, and had a great attitude. The job involved moving down two flights of stairs, and they managed to move all items without any problem. I am so impressed with the way they worked and would highly recommend Lucky Movers to anyone needing to have a crew of movers.

The one star is not for the moving company.. they were great. It’s about Hire A Helper LLC.I was charged $750 for 2 hours of work. When I called the LLC, they told me that a supervisor would call back and discuss a discount. They then immediately charged me the full amount without consent. Your scheduling service will never receive my business again.. and I’ll find every review site I can to give you a horrible rating. Absolute grifters. My credit card company will be in touch.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Expect a call from us within a couple days. Feel free to call, email or text us as well.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Expect us to come on time, be fully prepared and fully equipped on your moving day. We might give you a call upon our arrival to confirm the arrival time. Expect courteous and professional work by our movers.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure to prepare a few moving blankets and may be a plastic bag for your matress. We will deliver the rest for your move.
What types of moves have you handled?
Currently we handle local and long distance moves going as far as 300 miles
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
It's meeting new people every day and seeing new places. Some workout is also big plus.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We train our movers to be precisly polite and respectful to the customer's household and its belongings. New members learn at first how to wrap and protect and handle the things. Maneuvering and moving large furniture skills next. We train our movers how to pack a pod or truck like playing the tetris game.
