Ivan & Carlos were great! They showed up on time and worked very hard and steadily from start to finish. Also took extra care moving items such as the major appliances and large furniture.
Both were very polite and offered suggestions and answers to the various questions I had.

The team arrived on time and were polite, but something that should of taken 2 hours took 4 hours. They moved really slow, the truck was loaded badly (heavy boxes on top of lighter ones, not properly strapped, etc.). Discovered a lot of damage (even to sturdy items) upon arrival of the truck. They used my printer dolly to try to move a heavy piece of furniture and broke it.
So, not a pleasant experience at all... :(

Ivan and Marcos were fantastic! They were early, they worked incredibly hard without stopping, they were careful, quiet, respectful, and very very nice! They clearly have the art of packing a POD down to a science! They knew my POD City Service driver who also sang Ivan’s praises. I will definitely be seeking their help to unpack my POD once my new home is ready. The whole experience was about as seamless and stress-free as a move can be. I actually enjoyed it!! Highly recommend Lucky Movers, Ivan is terrific!

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Expect us to come on time, be fully prepared and fully equipped on your moving day. We might give you a call upon our arrival to confirm the arrival time. Expect courteous and professional work by our movers.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure to prepare a few moving blankets and may be a plastic bag for your matress. We will deliver the rest for your move.
What types of moves have you handled?
Currently we handle local and long distance moves going as far as 300 miles
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
It's meeting new people every day and seeing new places. Some workout is also big plus.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We train our movers to be precisly polite and respectful to the customer's household and its belongings. New members learn at first how to wrap and protect and handle the things. Maneuvering and moving large furniture skills next. We train our movers how to pack a pod or truck like playing the tetris game.
