THEY DROPPED OUR PIANO. We asked for 4 movers. Included in our move was an upright piano, paid for and confirmed. The movers that came consisted of one strong man, a butting, lanky teenager, a strong elderly man who ran out of stamina, and a woman who’s job was to carry light boxes, one at the time, put tape on blankets, and organize. They dropped the piano, broke off all the pedals and cracked the back. Turns out they had never moved a piano with a ramp before. They did not take responsibility. They were not prepared. They ran out of tape—thankfully we had some. They were very slow and unprofessional. Do NOT book your move/pod helpers with this service. We are waiting to be called back, the coverage has not been explained. I will never use unknown movers again and wish I hadn’t.

The movers were on time, friendly, and appropriately equipped, but they were slower and less efficient than movers I have hired in the past. They packed most of my belongings neatly into the container, with the last few items placed a bit more haphazardly by the end.

Pros:
1. The team showed up on the agreed upon day.
2. The team showed up at the agreed upon time.
3. The team showed up with the agreed upon number of people and worked for the agreed number of hours - they did not go over.
Cons:
1. They are a moving company and brought no moving blankets.
2. They were to load a Pack Rat container but brought no plastic wrap or padding for the many components that they were informed they had to move.
3. Unprepared with regard to materials on site.
Bottom line:
As a general contractor, I have teams load out houses in order to 'clear' the house so we can work. There are many moving parts to jobs/projects like this one and I need everyone to be on their "A" game, do what they are supposed to and keep the machine moving. I could not, in my opinion, bring this team back in good conscience because they put the homeowner's goods at risk by not showing up with all of the anticipated materials.
The homeowner was making comments to me over the phone that they were not able to properly protect things that were being 'stacked' since they had no shipping materials. As a moving company, there is only one scope of work for which you need to provide materials - and this was not executed well.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Expect a call from us within a couple days. Feel free to call, email or text us as well.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Expect us to come on time, be fully prepared and fully equipped on your moving day. We might give you a call upon our arrival to confirm the arrival time. Expect courteous and professional work by our movers.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure to prepare a few moving blankets and may be a plastic bag for your matress. We will deliver the rest for your move.
What types of moves have you handled?
Currently we handle local and long distance moves going as far as 300 miles
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
It's meeting new people every day and seeing new places. Some workout is also big plus.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We train our movers to be precisly polite and respectful to the customer's household and its belongings. New members learn at first how to wrap and protect and handle the things. Maneuvering and moving large furniture skills next. We train our movers how to pack a pod or truck like playing the tetris game.
