The two-man crew (led by Carlos) arrived on time and prepared, with plastic and tape for protecting furniture, a dolly, and a hand truck. They worked for 8 solid hours, loading and unloading trucks for two different moves. I don't know when they even took time to eat lunch or take a break. They were professional, cheerful, and helpful, and very careful with everything they handled. Honestly, they made what is always a stressful exercise as painless as it could be. I recommend them without reservation and I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Ivan and Marco were on time. They worked quickly and safely and did a beautiful job. They were so professional and our goods were handled respectfully and with care. The two men sent to load our Pod did an excellent job. They were very professional and courteous and wasted no time filling a 16 foot Pod with all our boxed possessions. Additionally, they provided a valuable service in estimating how much Pod space we will need when loading all our furniture when ready to make the actual move. We plan to call the HireAHelper crew when ready to load our furniture.

The guys that did my moving were professional and very careful with my property! I was SO very impressed with them and would highly recommend them to anyone!!! They worked very hard to stay within the timeframe and only went over by 30 minutes. I give them the highest rating and recommendation possible!!!!

I consider myself a Tetris packing expert but these guys are on a totally higher level! I was too tired after boxing everything-up to also load it all in a truck. These guys were very efficient and knew EXACTLY what they were doing! Everything was securely and expertly packed, no wasted space. Unpacking the truck was easily done, as well. No damages of any kind. I definitely recommend them and I would definitely hire them again!

I have moved about 10 times as an adult. Ivan and Carlos are the BEST! They called and gave me an accurate eta, both were clean, polite and ready to work when they arrived. Unfortunately, there were some challenges. The bookcases, according to my husband, were not attached to the wall. We discovered that all 6 cases had at leas 6 4 inch nails. No complaints from these two workers. Carlos was going to use a manual screw driver to removed. I found my husband's battery screw driver. Even with this 45 minute delay, the job was completed in 3 1/2 hours! I feel like I hit the jackpot! Emptying this room has been a very tramatic experience but your men knew what they were doing, did not damage any items, extremely well trained! Thank you so much!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Expect a call from us within a couple days. Feel free to call, email or text us as well.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Expect us to come on time, be fully prepared and fully equipped on your moving day. We might give you a call upon our arrival to confirm the arrival time. Expect courteous and professional work by our movers.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure to prepare a few moving blankets and may be a plastic bag for your matress. We will deliver the rest for your move.
What types of moves have you handled?
Currently we handle local and long distance moves going as far as 300 miles
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
It's meeting new people every day and seeing new places. Some workout is also big plus.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We train our movers to be precisly polite and respectful to the customer's household and its belongings. New members learn at first how to wrap and protect and handle the things. Maneuvering and moving large furniture skills next. We train our movers how to pack a pod or truck like playing the tetris game.
