The below review I had just posted was for the wrong movers. Lucky movers were on time, very professional, and took excellent care of all our furniture. They also packed our moving van so well that nothing broke during the 1600 mile trip. WRONG REVIEW PREVIOUSLY POSTED: Original arrival time was set for 8-9, was notified day before move that arrival time changed to 10-10:30, movers didn't arrive until 11:30. The movers were not very careful with furniture on flooring (first item brought in made a scratch on the new flooring). They did work hard and were very nice to us. But to be honest I probably would not use them again.

They were on time (actually early!) and were professional! I was pretty organized with having the items I wanted moved first easy for them to get to. I felt bad because I do live on the 3rd floor but they were great. Nothing was damaged! I had some moving blankets so I would recommend having them if you feel you need them because they do not provide them!! I told them if I move again I would definitely use them again! Thank you!!

Lucky Movers reduced a lot of stress for me and my husband, as we are moving from Los Angeles to Houston with combined households. They started working hard immediately after introductions were made, a sign of true professionals. They were very courteous the entire time. I had ordered an extra 3rd POD believing there was no way everything would fit into 2. I was able to cancel 3rd POD and save money. When they were finished we still had room in each POD to load our knickknacks. Their service was excellent!! I have already started recommending them to friends and family.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Expect a call from us within a couple days. Feel free to call, email or text us as well.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Expect us to come on time, be fully prepared and fully equipped on your moving day. We might give you a call upon our arrival to confirm the arrival time. Expect courteous and professional work by our movers.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure to prepare a few moving blankets and may be a plastic bag for your matress. We will deliver the rest for your move.
What types of moves have you handled?
Currently we handle local and long distance moves going as far as 300 miles
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
It's meeting new people every day and seeing new places. Some workout is also big plus.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We train our movers to be precisly polite and respectful to the customer's household and its belongings. New members learn at first how to wrap and protect and handle the things. Maneuvering and moving large furniture skills next. We train our movers how to pack a pod or truck like playing the tetris game.
