Pros: The 2 movers were professional and courteous. They were respectful of my property and did not scratch any walls. Cons: The biggest issue I had was that I specifically requested in my online order and in subsequent phone conversations that I had a king-size bed that needed to be assembled. I was assured that would not be a problem, as this is a normal request. The confirmation order specified that they had their own hand tools for furniture assembly. Unfortunately, that was not the case. They did not have a basic ratchet set to assembly the bed, but rather a handful of screwdrivers and a wrench. I strongly encourage future customers to be as specific as possible when placing requests for furniture assembly.

Ivan, Carlos and crew did a great at packing our (3) containers! Who knew we'd have that much stuff after 20 years! They were courteous and professional. They showed up early and ended up staying later than expected due to the amount of "stuff" we had. They wrapped our items and arranged them in the moving containers like a Jenga puzzle! Now, that being said, my only word of caution would be to NOT over-pack. One of our containers was 700 lbs. OVER and the driver wouldn't pick it up. So, the next day, we had to unload from one container to another the extra weight so we could then ship the containers! Would we recommend Lucky Movers? Absolutely! Having Hire-A-Helper is the only way to go!

Ivan and his helpers are always on time, hard working and very careful with my property. This is the fourth time I used his service and I have already scheduled him for next week to fill another POD. He is a genius at packing and I am always surprised how much he can pack into the space available. I love him so much I changed my entire schedule because he was not available on the day I wanted him and I could not think of trying anyone else. I stayed with a winner. Ivan is the best.

This is the 2nd time using Lucky Movers. I we could take them to Chicago to use them to unpack our POD ! Ivan runs a top notch company. Our item were packed with care. They were on time and worked non-stop until the job was done. They made sure everything was wrapped and protected before loading. I highly recommend Lucky Movers!!

Ivan and Carlos were fantastic. They showed up on time (actually 5 min early!!), came ready to work and did a great job packing and loading my furniture. What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Expect us to come on time, be fully prepared and fully equipped on your moving day. We might give you a call upon our arrival to confirm the arrival time. Expect courteous and professional work by our movers.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure to prepare a few moving blankets and may be a plastic bag for your matress. We will deliver the rest for your move.
What types of moves have you handled?
Currently we handle local and long distance moves going as far as 300 miles
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
It's meeting new people every day and seeing new places. Some workout is also big plus.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We train our movers to be precisly polite and respectful to the customer's household and its belongings. New members learn at first how to wrap and protect and handle the things. Maneuvering and moving large furniture skills next. We train our movers how to pack a pod or truck like playing the tetris game.
