Rigo's Moving & Storage, Inc provided excellent service on the day of our move. We decided to hire movers for some large furniture we thought we may not be able to handle, but they made the whole process much easier. The two movers arrived on time and were very professional. They definitely knew what they were doing, and treated us and our belongings with respect. They worked hard to get our truck packed up safely. I can't imagine our moving day without them!

They were efficient and took the time to disassemble a lot of our stuff as we got a moving van a wee bit too small. 4 instead of 5 as they tried to charge us for time they were late initially but all in all a great experience.

The guys were great. On time, and work very hard the entire time. They also did a miraculous job of putting everything in the pod, floor to ceiling. My only complaint is a large scratch on my front door. They did cut me a $25 check for reimbursement. Other than that, great service!

Even though they couldn’t be on time, the communication was good and my expectations were updated. This means a lot when you have so much to do. We are a professional moving company where our clients always come first. Our customers can expect an amazing job outcome by our movers because we are trained and have the proper materials needed for the job.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect a well prepared crew with all the materials needed for their move. They can also expect to be stress free during their move because of how reliable our movers are.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should prepare for the day of the move depending on what services they get/want. We reccomend that clients remove clothing from drawers, wardrobes, etc, to make the items less heavy for our movers. Always label your boxes. We also recommend to speak with our project manager about materials needed for the job to have them ready for the day of the move. Lastly, feel free to ask questions with our project manager about any concerns to be informed on what to do the day of the move.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being a mover is seeing the relief on our clients face after getting the job done. We love being able to make our clients move stress free as much as possible.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide all of our employees with a one month training program at our head quarters to help them gain experience by teaching them good communication skills, how to pack fragile items into boxes, move heavy items using the proper equipment, stack the trucks or containers using every inch of space, etc.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

We do not refund for any unused time.

We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
