They arrived on-time and started working immediately. Very organized and all business. They worked straight through for 2 hours with no breaks. They wrapped everything in blankets and clear wrap. They moved heavy stuff (washer, dryer, refrigerator, and dresser) with easy. I just put in a new tile floor and was worried about damage moving heavy stuff but they moved every with easy. I found myself in their way a few times but they were very courteous and professional. I hired them for an extra 2 hours to move boxes.
I am extremely pleased with this crew and highly recommended them.

These guys were awesome! I was contacted twice before my moving day. Both calls were to confirm dates, times and also to check if anything had changed. On the day of my move the guys arrived on time. First impression, they were dressed professionally and friendly. It was clear they knew what they were doing. They wrapped furniture if needed, were very careful to not damage anything including my floors and walls.
My truck was packed securely. They even helped secure my motorcycle in the truck. Yes I load my bike along with my furniture. Fellow riders, its a great way to save money on crating your bike. This move was from LA to MI. Roughly 2,300 miles and 32 hours through LA, Vegas, AZ, Utah through the mountains of CO...continuing to MI. Nothing moved and everything arrived without damage. I unloaded the truck today.
The guys leave you with a copy of your receipt. The company follows up with emails and text messages during the entire process. Cannot say enough. Great service at a fair price. Maybe most importantly, less stress on what usually is a more stressful day for me.

The guys were great. They knew exactly what to do, how many boxes they'd need, and all I had to do was point them in the direction and then get out of and stay out of their way. They brought tools with them, so when I needed something removed from a wall, they were ready and had it unscrewed and packed in seconds. They even labeled the boxes for me. I was really glad to find them, through Hire-A-Helper. I'd recommend them to anyone, both Rigo's and H-A-H.

We are a professional moving company where our clients always come first. Our customers can expect an amazing job outcome by our movers because we are trained and have the proper materials needed for the job.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect a well prepared crew with all the materials needed for their move. They can also expect to be stress free during their move because of how reliable our movers are.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should prepare for the day of the move depending on what services they get/want. We reccomend that clients remove clothing from drawers, wardrobes, etc, to make the items less heavy for our movers. Always label your boxes. We also recommend to speak with our project manager about materials needed for the job to have them ready for the day of the move. Lastly, feel free to ask questions with our project manager about any concerns to be informed on what to do the day of the move.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being a mover is seeing the relief on our clients face after getting the job done. We love being able to make our clients move stress free as much as possible.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide all of our employees with a one month training program at our head quarters to help them gain experience by teaching them good communication skills, how to pack fragile items into boxes, move heavy items using the proper equipment, stack the trucks or containers using every inch of space, etc.
