These guys were awesome. I was actually impressed with the care they took with all of our items. They wrapped them, didn't slide them around, and placed them where they were going very carefully. I plan on using them again here in the next few months. I would highly recommend them.

This was the first time I'd hired mover for my move and Family Movers was the perfect company for the job. They've set the bar high. The team was running a little late (only a few minutes) in the morning, but communication was perfect. I got a phone call right away letting me know and their estimated arrival time. They came completely prepared and worked hard the whole morning. They knocked out the move quickly and efficiently. When we got to my new place they were really helpful in trying to make sure the boxes ended up in the room where I wanted them. 10/10 would recommend this company and would definitely use them again!

it took 4 guys and a large truck to get it done, but it didn't take 8 hours as I had anticipated, only five, which was a tribute to their hard work.
There should have been a way to adjust the charges to reflect the shorter time, but I don't mind crediting the extra as a tip for the crew.
I will definitely consider using them again when we move into more permanent quarters.

The team was a little late arriving because they were finishing up another job, but as soon as they arrived they got to work. They made up time as they worked and finished the job right when we were originally scheduled to finish! I have some heavy furniture items, and they were very careful with everything and caused no damage to the furniture or either home. Overall, a job well done!

They did not know how to load a truck my stuff shouldn't have been more than one trip. They had plenty of stuff to stack on and plenty of boxes to stack. I will also be filing an insurance claim as they were pulling out of the driveway they took out a part of the brick retaining wall. The movers definitely worked hard but because of the terrible stacking I still have to go back to my previous location
