We expected them at 8am so when they didn't show up, I called HaH to be told they had until 9am. Shortly thereafter Mario at Genesys called to say they were on their way. A few minutes later, he called to say they had been in a car accident. They were fine, were still going to come but had to wait to file a police report.
They arrived at 11:15 by which time I had started unpacking. I needed to have those containers empty because 1800PackRat had confirmed they would be picked up the next day.
When Ron and Angel arrived, I had to agree that they couldn't handle furniture made out pressed wood. What!?! And they weren't prepared to reassemble the furniture that had been taken apart by the first moving company. What!?! None of this had been discussed in advance with Genesys. Immediately I was not happy.
Rin and Angel worked methodically to unload the two containers. They finished after 4 hours with only a few nicks along the way. I was too annoyed to ask for a credit of the one hour I was owed. I couldn't even get them to take the shrink wrap off the furniture. I just wanted them to go.
They suffer from comparison to the professional movers we had from HaH in Huntingtin Beach. If I am to find fault it was/is with Genesys management. I would not recommend for future moving assignments.

we are accountable for our work on daily basis. You can also count on us to arrive at your property promptly and in uniform. We will complete your move at a time that best fits your schedule.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To be best prepared for moving day, take care of your kids at pets, their safety and well-being remains our number one priority. And of course, the same goes for any pets you might own. We highly recommend to keep yours and family members personal documents, jewelry with you. Be careful not to misplace your keys as searching for them on moving day will be like looking for a needle in a haystack. Make sure to unplug any electronics and appliances.

the best part of being a mover is to see smiles in customer's faces, knowing that we went above and beyond for them to complete their move. to know that we are moving their lives belonging toward a new beginning is priceless.
What training do you provide your crew members?
In order to exceed customer expectations we provide daily training on topics such as; proper lifting Technics, to prevent injuries from our team members. their safety its our priority. Proper furniture wrapping Technics to make sure customer households goods remain in the conditions found. We train our team in proper loading procedures, making sure the basics are covered when performing the job to make sure household goods do not get damaged during transportation. We also provide proper packing procedures
