I had a sleeper sofa to move up a very tight stairwell and they manhandled it into place while being extremely careful. They were very careful and respectful of everything they moved. The guys in the crew were total pros. I would highly recommend them to anyone and I plan on using them next school year when we move again.

Do not book. I made it clear to them at the beginning I wanted to stay within the 2 hours booked. We staged all items on the first floor and near the door, to make everything as easy and fast as possible. They were going extremely slow and didn't seem focused on the job. I kept seeing them just standing and talking and I had to keep asking them to come and take boxes to the truck. One of the movers spent 15 minutes in the bathroom. It got so bad I had to start moving boxes out because only one of them would be working while the others watched. Avoid this company.

The guys were available early so we were able to be done by the time I expected to start. Both movers were fast, respectful, and polite and handled my items with care. They asked if I was comfortable with stacking certain items and we worked together to find the best solutions for maintaining the integrity of my possessions in a POD traveling cross country. Huge help to have these guys there and made the process fast and efficient. Even better, my back did not have to endure being sore so big win for me. Highly recommend.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To be best prepared for moving day, take care of your kids at pets, their safety and well-being remains our number one priority. And of course, the same goes for any pets you might own. We highly recommend to keep yours and family members personal documents, jewelry with you. Be careful not to misplace your keys as searching for them on moving day will be like looking for a needle in a haystack. Make sure to unplug any electronics and appliances.

In order to exceed customer expectations we provide daily training on topics such as; proper lifting Technics, to prevent injuries from our team members. their safety its our priority. Proper furniture wrapping Technics to make sure customer households goods remain in the conditions found. We train our team in proper loading procedures, making sure the basics are covered when performing the job to make sure household goods do not get damaged during transportation. We also provide proper packing procedures
