Justin and his crew (Peter, Travis and Walt) were professional, courteous, efficient and careful of our belongings. They were also friendly and helpful and problem solving. I would highly recommend Top Movers, to a family member or hire them again if the need arose.

The unloading of my rented POD had to be rescheduled. They were able to accommodate this last minute change and work on a Sunday. Their arrival time was scheduled between 1 & 2 pm. They arrived about 1;20 pm after calling me to let me know.
Walter, Jonathan & Travis were very prepared and follow me and my wife's direction. Our apartment is on the third floor with no elevator. They completed the work in less than 2 hours.
I definitely would hire this company and particularly this crew again

They showed up within the window that was reserved and there was clear communication about their projected arrival time. Unfortunately, when they arrived, they did not come prepared with equipment to do the job. I've moved quite a bit in the past few year and every moving service (regardless of price-point) has come at least with a dolly since there are naturally heavier items. For this move, they didn't have anything which significantly slowed them down. In the past, unloading an 8x8 POD has taken about an hour. This move took almost 3. We were constantly assured that the unloading shouldn't take more than 2 hours. There was a good chance unloading would have taken much longer if the truck driver with the POD had not pushed them along.
I feel bad leaving a bad review, and the prolonged time likely had to do with the lack of moving materials. However, that has always been an included service and was marketed to be included when I booked them. I understand that things happen (they had explained why they didn't have anything), but the process still ended up taking about double the time it has in the past.
They were generally careful/respectful of the property--for such a last minute booking it was fine and I'm grateful I was able to get some help moving in. However I don't plan on using them again and have heard more stories/comments from people in the area after the fact with similar experiences.

Thy were on time,
They had no tools to do the job.
I had to go out and buy a large dolly and a hand truck.
They estimated 3 hours and 1 large pod.
They filled the pod up in 3 hours and 45 minutes and informed us there wasn’t enough room and they had to leave for another job.
I ended up lugging stuff down the stairs to them for the last hour in and effort to get everything done - I’m 66, have a ruptured disc in my back and 2 rebuilt hips.
We panic ordered another pod to finish but someone with experience showed up and we repacked the pod.
Everything fit the 2nd time.
Canceled the 2nd pod.
Would not recommend.
Definitely overpaid for service provided!
