They were on time, uber prepared for the job, worked incredibly hard, treated my stuff as if it belonged to the freakin' Queen of England. I would most assuredly use them again. In fact, I wish I had something they could move right now!

The guys showed up near the beginning of the "time window," and I got a call about an hour before they arrived to let me know their status. Unfortunately, a miscommunication meant that they didn't have the furniture pads I'd requested. However, they went into town to get them (over half an hour each way) to make it right. They took great care to protect our furniture, did a good job packing up the truck and seemed genuinely eager to be helpful. I'll definitely use them again. As a matter of fact, I may hire them to empty and refill the house when the time comes to get new flooring.

They were on time, very professional, had everything they needed and did all the work in a very reasonable time. They were respectful of our property and we have some antiques and a piano which they handled with the greatest care. My husband and I were surprised by how efficiently they packed the pod we had rented. We would use them again - in fact we are in 10 days to unpack the pod.

We moved from Florida to Michigan with two ABF trailers. I hired Just Us Professional movers based on the reviews and competitive pricing. Four people showed up, as requested. I must say that these guys come prepared. They laid down cardboard, they brought a portable ramp to go up the stairs into the house, they taped heavy paper on the carpeted stairs (on their own time). I expected them to pick up each box by hand and bring into the house. Of course, that would add extra time but that is how I loaded the trailers in Florida. Nope; these guys brought two wheel dollies and loaded up the boxes four and five at a time. On top of that they hustled! They were polite and told us not to apologize for anything we thought might be in their way. There was no profanity when we were around (but there was when they did not know we were in the next room).
I would hire them again without even checking their rates if/when we move again. We have absolutely no complaints.

The men did an excellent job of packing/loading our furniture and personal belongings in a professional and cautious manner. They worked diligently and thoughtfully, and all of our valuables were perfectly in tact after the trip of 1,200 miles to our new home. If would recommend Just Us to anyone looking for quality and dependable service.
