I simply could not ask for a better result!
I originally booked with another major company, but after getting a "confirmed" booking, they changed my loading time to AFTER my container would be picked up. If I had not checked their website, I would not have known this! Then they told me they could not fix the problem! I needed a last minute solution!
Hire A Helper, and their local representative, Helping Hands 4U, were absolutely SUPER. They booked what I needed immediately, and Harold from Helping Hands 4U called me within 10 minutes(!), confirming the time and location. The crew called me an hour before arrival, and arrived exactly on time. They handled everything with care, and packed the container quickly and professionally. The invoice was exactly as expected and was provided immediately by email.

They were on time, friendly and overall did a good job. Our only complaint was that we hired them for a two hour job and at one point one of the workers was on his cell phone for at least 15 minutes.

I had the daunting task of moving my parents back in-state from the south, and having not been there for the loading/packing, I had severely underestimated how much stuff they were bringing. The three of them stayed way longer than quoted, and after a full day, they were as careful, courteous and fun as they were when they first showed up. Every box and piece of furniture was moved with care, and they helped with suggestions and rearranging things when we started running out of room in the house! They all actually made this stressful process fun, and I would use them again in a heartbeat. Thanks, guys!
