Needed help loading furniture from storage unit to POD. Storage unit owner requested that the POD be dropped off and picked up the same day, and PODs only tells you 24 h before when the POD will be dropped off. I called them the day before and we worked out the time of day they would come the next day. I anticipated having them load only the furniture, but they were so efficient they were able to load everything in under two hours. Very communicative and flexible, would definitely recommend.

My dad has recently built a condo and needed assistance unloading his POD. I was unable to give the time of the POD drop off, so Hire 4 Helpers gave me a window in the afternoon. The night before the POD was dropped off, we received a very late drop off window, one that was after the Hire 4 Helpers time frame and after hours. I called Hire 4 Helpers and the gentleman that I spoke too, Harold, was WONDERFUL! He was able to move the time of arrival to a completely different day - the next morning, the first on the schedule. I was so thankful to Harold and his flexibility. The next morning the crew showed up on time, helped my dad stack the boxes in an orderly fashion, put the items on the racks in the basement, were professional and clean. Harold and his crew worked hard for hours loading up 2 big POD units. They have it down to a science! Used every last inch of the PODs from floor to ceiling. Handled all my stuff with care. Courteous and pleasant. I bought them food for dinner but they didn’t eat it because they never stopped working! Great crew. I’m hiring them to unload the PODs once my new home is ready :)

I had such a bad experience with the helper. First, they didn’t let me decide what to bring into the containers and what to dump, I wanted to dump the box springs that was already in the container but they insisted to keep it in there, that was ridiculous! Second, one of the guys kept complaining all the time from beginning to the end. Last but not the least, they caused multiple scratches on the wall while moving stuff! I will never called them again.
