We are careful who we send into your home, around your family and to handle your property, we offer background checked helpers, checked through Hireahelper. INSURANCE through Hireahelper covers goods while being handled by our helpers up to $.60 per pound (policy must be activated by completing an inventory form). Full coverage insurance also available through Hireahelper. We'll never leave you stranded! If late we'll send extra helpers to make up time at no cost when possible. One of the movers arrived a little bit late, but overall it was a really good experience. Promovers are extremely professional and friendly! I was able to book them approximately 3-4 hours beforehand and they were able to help me with so little notice so I was already really grateful for that. Their prices are fantastic and I would definitely use them again for my next move!

I am normally not one to review, but I could not have asked for better help! These two men were prompt, friendly, engaging, hardworking and never once complained, despite the narrow stairs and 5 floor walk up. My daughter and I had a 10ft truck full of clothes and furniture, and these men were able to carry every item up with a smile in an hour and a half. We would absolutely use them again, and would recommend them to our dearest friends. These guys are absolutely the way to go.

Promove did an excellent job. They communicated with me prior to the move and were easily accessible via text/phone. They showed up right on time (in fact early!!) and did a move out of a 4th floor walkup carefully. Hardworking and honest. Would definitely recommend them!!

Great group of guys. Called them in to reorganize our office, move desks around, help purge no longer used items, and reorganize some storage closets. They did an excellent job. Would recommend and would use again. Hard workers!

These guys were great and I am so happy I made the decision to hire them! I booked Kirk and Malik the day before I had to move out of a 4th floor walk up - originally my family was going to help but it seemed like it was going to be too tough on our own, and I was right...they saved the day (and our backs!) What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Your move date is set! Contact for details and any necessary instructions
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We always show up! On time arrival within the first 20 minutes of the one hour window, with an experienced, professional and courteous crew.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please have items packed and ready to go (large boxes not too heavy please), furniture blankets to protect your stuff, appropriate size truck for the move. Then wooosah! we got you, you're things are in capable hands.
What types of moves have you handled?
Local, Long distance, Office, Commercial, Specialty moves (larger & fragile medical equipment).
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
No gym membership needed, we get paid to exercise. Our worksite is different everyday & we interact with new people.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Two weeks of moving technique (lifting, turning, angles), teamwork, pacing, basic disassembly/reassembly and materials handling as well as customer service is our basic training. Then more experienced movers ( Courtney, Eric, Yusef, Azar, Ken) have advanced training for loading moving vans.
