We are careful who we send into your home, around your family and to handle your property, we offer background checked helpers, checked through Hireahelper. INSURANCE through Hireahelper covers goods while being handled by our helpers up to $.60 per pound (policy must be activated by completing an inventory form). Full coverage insurance also available through Hireahelper. We'll never leave you stranded! If late we'll send extra helpers to make up time at no cost when possible. I hired these guys twice. The first time was in the dead of summer and they got a 13' truck worth of stuff up five floors of stairs and finished early. Kirk is literally a couch magician and can squeeze anything into anywhere. These guys are strong, polite, reliable, and get the job done.

Very affordable compared to others, and were incredibly nice and helpful. One of the two cancelled, and another person from Promove was there within 10 minutes. They finished the job early and took care of all of my furniture (lugging it up 5 flights up of stairs). I'd definitely recommend them/use them in the future.

So communicative and helpful. These guys went above and beyond (helped to break, then put back together a bed frame that wouldn't fit out the door and also took our air conditioner out for us) and did it all with an excellent attitude. Nothing was broken and would recommend them to anyone!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Your move date is set! Contact for details and any necessary instructions
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We always show up! On time arrival within the first 20 minutes of the one hour window, with an experienced, professional and courteous crew.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please have items packed and ready to go (large boxes not too heavy please), furniture blankets to protect your stuff, appropriate size truck for the move. Then wooosah! we got you, you're things are in capable hands.
What types of moves have you handled?
Local, Long distance, Office, Commercial, Specialty moves (larger & fragile medical equipment).
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
No gym membership needed, we get paid to exercise. Our worksite is different everyday & we interact with new people.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Two weeks of moving technique (lifting, turning, angles), teamwork, pacing, basic disassembly/reassembly and materials handling as well as customer service is our basic training. Then more experienced movers ( Courtney, Eric, Yusef, Azar, Ken) have advanced training for loading moving vans.
