Relocation with PROMOVE
Your experienced movers are mostly Actors, Singers, Musicians and Artists supplementing our income. On time, efficient, careful & courteous. Never a "stairs fee" or any hidden fees. We strive to provide 5 star service on every move. We are careful who we send into your home, around your family and to handle your property, we offer background checked helpers, checked through Hireahelper. INSURANCE through Hireahelper covers goods while being handled by our helpers up to $.60 per pound (policy must be activated by completing an inventory form). Full coverage insurance also available through Hireahelper. We'll never leave you stranded! If late we'll send extra helpers to make up time at no cost when possible. These guys showed up on time and immediately got to work. Had a little bit of a walk to where the moving container was parked, a few flights of stairs and narrow hallways - they were quick, efficient and extremely nice! Will definitely use them again for my next move.

One mover was a few minutes late due to a subway delay but he called to let me know which was kind (and unnecessary because I was running more late than him). They worked diligently and managed to get almost everything into a truck which was fundamentally too small for the job. With my blessing, they cut a few corners at the end to save time and space.

What a top notch job! They were friendly, prepared, efficient, hard-working, fast and also went above and beyond with problem solving in getting outsize pieces out of the apartment. This was a big move -- after 30 years in the same space -- and they managed to fit it in to a U-Haul brilliantly. I would definitely use this service again. They took a lot of the stress out of a daunting task, and did it with grace and humor.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Your move date is set! Contact for details and any necessary instructions
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We always show up! On time arrival within the first 20 minutes of the one hour window, with an experienced, professional and courteous crew.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please have items packed and ready to go (large boxes not too heavy please), furniture blankets to protect your stuff, appropriate size truck for the move. Then wooosah! we got you, you're things are in capable hands.
What types of moves have you handled?
Local, Long distance, Office, Commercial, Specialty moves (larger & fragile medical equipment).
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
No gym membership needed, we get paid to exercise. Our worksite is different everyday & we interact with new people.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Two weeks of moving technique (lifting, turning, angles), teamwork, pacing, basic disassembly/reassembly and materials handling as well as customer service is our basic training. Then more experienced movers ( Courtney, Eric, Yusef, Azar, Ken) have advanced training for loading moving vans.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
