Relocation with PROMOVE
Your experienced movers are mostly Actors, Singers, Musicians and Artists supplementing our income. On time, efficient, careful & courteous. Never a "stairs fee" or any hidden fees. We strive to provide 5 star service on every move. We are careful who we send into your home, around your family and to handle your property, we offer background checked helpers, checked through Hireahelper. INSURANCE through Hireahelper covers goods while being handled by our helpers up to $.60 per pound (policy must be activated by completing an inventory form). Full coverage insurance also available through Hireahelper. We'll never leave you stranded! If late we'll send extra helpers to make up time at no cost when possible. Shawn (?) was a great guy. Called ahead. Clearly knew what he was doing, was organized, smart, and had the muscle we needed. He definitely knew how to load a truck properly. Got done right on time.

The crew showed up on time, and worked very efficiently! No issues with anything moving or shifting over a 3 day trek! Unfortunately, they didn’t make great use of the moving blankets as my sofa was not protected and got quite dirty on one side from the bottom of the moving truck. I’d still recommend the team, but maybe micromanage the important things a bit more!

Eric and David were great. They got their right on time and were efficiently able to move me while also dealing with the ridiculous crazy wind we had during the move. I was worried that we wouldn’t be able to complete the move during the allotted time I had the elevator reserved for but they were able to get it done. Will definitely consider using them again.

This is my first time using HireAHelper to find assistance moving. Eric and Nashawn from PROMOVE were excellent. They came on time during the expected window. They made sure to double check what items were to be moved and what was to remain. Friendly and courteous. 10/10 would recommend again.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Your move date is set! Contact for details and any necessary instructions
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We always show up! On time arrival within the first 20 minutes of the one hour window, with an experienced, professional and courteous crew.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please have items packed and ready to go (large boxes not too heavy please), furniture blankets to protect your stuff, appropriate size truck for the move. Then wooosah! we got you, you're things are in capable hands.
What types of moves have you handled?
Local, Long distance, Office, Commercial, Specialty moves (larger & fragile medical equipment).
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
No gym membership needed, we get paid to exercise. Our worksite is different everyday & we interact with new people.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Two weeks of moving technique (lifting, turning, angles), teamwork, pacing, basic disassembly/reassembly and materials handling as well as customer service is our basic training. Then more experienced movers ( Courtney, Eric, Yusef, Azar, Ken) have advanced training for loading moving vans.
