INSURANCE through Hireahelper covers goods while being handled by our helpers up to $.60 per pound (policy must be activated by completing an inventory form). Full coverage insurance also available through Hireahelper. We'll never leave you stranded! If late we'll send extra helpers to make up time at no cost when possible. PROMOVE was fantastic in helping us load everything from our 1 bedroom apartment into a moving truck. We ran into a few hiccups with the truck rental company due to high demand the week we moved, and ended up with a smaller truck than planned. Our two movers, Courtney and Alex, arrived at our apartment perfectly on time and managed to fit everything in the truck, we were amazed at the Tetris skills needed to make that work! They worked quickly and were respectful of our items, they even got creative with ways of protecting the furniture with extra boxes and yoga mats when our rental company couldn't provide us with the furniture pads we ordered. Overall our moving process went smoothly all thanks to our movers, absolutely couldn't have done it without them and would hire them again. Thank you!!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We always show up! On time arrival within the first 20 minutes of the one hour window, with an experienced, professional and courteous crew.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please have items packed and ready to go (large boxes not too heavy please), furniture blankets to protect your stuff, appropriate size truck for the move. Then wooosah! we got you, you're things are in capable hands.
What types of moves have you handled?
Local, Long distance, Office, Commercial, Specialty moves (larger & fragile and very expensive medical equipment).
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
No gym membership needed, we get paid to exercise. Our worksite is different everyday & we interact with new people.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Two weeks of moving technique (lifting, turning, angles), teamwork, pacing, basic disassembly/reassembly and materials handling as well as customer service is our basic training. Then our most experienced movers ( Courtney, Eric, Yusef, Azar, Kirk) have advanced training for loading moving vans.
