INSURANCE through Hireahelper covers goods while being handled by our helpers up to $.60 per pound (policy must be activated by completing an inventory form). Full coverage insurance also available through Hireahelper. We'll never leave you stranded! If late we'll send extra helpers to make up time at no cost when possible. I was VERY HAPPY with the the gentlemen who helped me unload my car & my minivan. It was "Brooklyn or Bust" for me and my son . We were driving up from Florida. They guys were on time. They were actually there before us. They worked hard, respected my property. I would recommend them to you too!

Our movers with Promove were excellent! They were extremely helpful and professional and solved problems we didn't even anticipate we would have. The movers arrived within our time window and were finished earlier than we expected (even with 3 flights of stairs!) I highly recommend Promove and would definitely use them again for any other moves.

I couldn't be more pleased. Showed up on time, polite, professional. Worked straight through. Used 3 guys to load my 15 ft. Truck from a 3rd story walk up in 2 hours . I had a ton of stuff after living there 40 years. Neighbors were so impressed that they wanted to know where i found them.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Your move date is set! Contact for details and any necessary instructions
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We always show up! On time arrival within the first 20 minutes of the one hour window, with an experienced, professional and courteous crew.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please have items packed and ready to go (large boxes not too heavy please), furniture blankets to protect your stuff, appropriate size truck for the move. Then wooosah! we got you, you're things are in capable hands.
What types of moves have you handled?
Local, Long distance, Office, Commercial, Specialty moves (larger & fragile and very expensive medical equipment).
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
No gym membership needed, we get paid to exercise. Our worksite is different everyday & we interact with new people.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Two weeks of moving technique (lifting, turning, angles), teamwork, pacing, basic disassembly/reassembly and materials handling as well as customer service is our basic training. Then our most experienced movers ( Courtney, Eric, Yusef, Azar, Kirk) have advanced training for loading moving vans.
