Full coverage insurance also available through Hireahelper. We'll never leave you stranded! If late we'll send extra helpers to make up time at no cost when possible. The team managed to fit my one bedroom apartment into a single ReLo Cube in the midst of a thunderstorm. They worked incredibly well together. My one suggestion would be to be more strategic with the loading process- the big things (bed, furniture) should have gone in first, then the boxes.

The best decision I could have made was to hire helpers from Promove. Erik and Kevin were great, they showed up right on time and worked hard. It was a very hot day and-they carried the contents of 2 full SUV’s to a 3rd floor walk up and finished early. Would highly recommend

There were three guys doing the move. They did it within 45 minutes without a dolly or anything. Quick and efficient. The only one things it that they carried a credenza by the legs, which are very flimsy--luckily nothing broke.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Your move date is set! Contact for details and any necessary instructions
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We always show up! On time arrival within the first 20 minutes of the one hour window, with an experienced, professional and courteous crew.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please have items packed and ready to go (large boxes not too heavy please), furniture blankets to protect your stuff, appropriate size truck for the move. Then wooosah! we got you, you're things are in capable hands.
What types of moves have you handled?
Local, Long distance, Office, Commercial, Specialty moves (larger & fragile and very expensive medical equipment).
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
No gym membership needed, we get paid to exercise. Our worksite is different everyday & we interact with new people.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Two weeks of moving technique (lifting, turning, angles), teamwork, pacing, basic disassembly/reassembly and materials handling as well as customer service is our basic training. Then our most experienced movers ( Courtney, Eric, Yusef, Azar, Kirk) have advanced training for loading moving vans.
