Relocation with PROMOVE
Your experienced movers are mostly Actors, Singers, Musicians and Artists supplementing our income. On time, efficient, careful & courteous. Never a "stairs fee" or any hidden fees. We strive to provide 5 star service on every move. We are careful who we send into your home, around your family and to handle your property, we offer background checked helpers, checked through Hireahelper. INSURANCE through Hireahelper covers goods while being handled by our helpers up to $.60 per pound (policy must be activated by completing an inventory form). Full coverage insurance also available through Hireahelper. We'll never leave you stranded! If late we'll send extra helpers to make up time at no cost when possible. Super happy with the help we got from the PROMOVE team. The PROMOVE movers arrived on time during their window, they were prepared, worked very hard (we had a 4th floor walkup) and basically didn't stop until the entire move was finished. We had a 26-Foot packed uhaul truck. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again. Thanks!!!

They were definitely nice guys, but I can't say they worked as quickly as they should. One guy was late, as soon as we started helping they stayed away from doing the stair trips, and I ended up having to pay for extra time that certainly could have been avoided (given they were both there on time and worked a bit harder).
While they did not arrive together they were within the window & the time only started when 2nd man came. Loading a 24ft truck with stairs involved is not going to be quick & you were still packing. They left the stairs to load the truck properly then returned, they should've communicated that. Kirk, team lead

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Your move date is set! Contact for details and any necessary instructions
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We always show up! On time arrival within the first 20 minutes of the one hour window, with an experienced, professional and courteous crew.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please have items packed and ready to go (large boxes not too heavy please), furniture blankets to protect your stuff, appropriate size truck for the move. Then wooosah! we got you, you're things are in capable hands.
What types of moves have you handled?
Local, Long distance, Office, Commercial, Specialty moves (larger & fragile medical equipment).
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
No gym membership needed, we get paid to exercise. Our worksite is different everyday & we interact with new people.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Two weeks of moving technique (lifting, turning, angles), teamwork, pacing, basic disassembly/reassembly and materials handling as well as customer service is our basic training. Then more experienced movers ( Courtney, Eric, Yusef, Azar, Ken) have advanced training for loading moving vans.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.

We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
