Relocation with PROMOVE
Your experienced movers are mostly Actors, Singers, Musicians and Artists supplementing our income. On time, efficient, careful & courteous. Never a "stairs fee" or any hidden fees. We strive to provide 5 star service on every move. We are careful who we send into your home, around your family and to handle your property, we offer background checked helpers, checked through Hireahelper. INSURANCE through Hireahelper covers goods while being handled by our helpers up to $.60 per pound (policy must be activated by completing an inventory form). Full coverage insurance also available through Hireahelper. We'll never leave you stranded! If late we'll send extra helpers to make up time at no cost when possible. The guys were on time and actually a few minutes early. As soon as I parked beside our building, they began unloading boxes. Two flights of stairs and some tight turns with boxes and furniture and everything was moved into our apartment with everything in perfect condition. I will absolutely use PROMOVE for any future moves.

The guys were great, on time, friendly and did a wonderful job. Wish they had all the equipment necessary for moving very large furniture pieces - the job for which they were hired. One star off for that, but very happy overall.

The guys were terrific. They were on time and friendly. This was not a big move as the only really large items were a box spring and mattress, a couch, and a 60" television, but there were quite a few boxes and plastic tubs, all of which had to be brought up to a fifth floor walk up. They worked hard and made pretty short work of things. Tried for at least 20 minutes to get the couch through the apartment door, ultimately with no luck. Fortunately, they recommended the Couch Surgeon who was able to neatly take couch apart and reassemble in the apartment. Anyway, would use the guys from Promove again without hesitation.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Your move date is set! Contact for details and any necessary instructions
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We always show up! On time arrival within the first 20 minutes of the one hour window, with an experienced, professional and courteous crew.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please have items packed and ready to go (large boxes not too heavy please), furniture blankets to protect your stuff, appropriate size truck for the move. Then wooosah! we got you, you're things are in capable hands.
What types of moves have you handled?
Local, Long distance, Office, Commercial, Specialty moves (larger & fragile medical equipment).
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
No gym membership needed, we get paid to exercise. Our worksite is different everyday & we interact with new people.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Two weeks of moving technique (lifting, turning, angles), teamwork, pacing, basic disassembly/reassembly and materials handling as well as customer service is our basic training. Then more experienced movers ( Courtney, Eric, Yusef, Azar, Ken) have advanced training for loading moving vans.
