Relocation with PROMOVE
Your experienced movers are mostly Actors, Singers, Musicians and Artists supplementing our income. On time, efficient, careful & courteous. Never a "stairs fee" or any hidden fees. We strive to provide 5 star service on every move. We are careful who we send into your home, around your family and to handle your property, we offer background checked helpers, checked through Hireahelper. INSURANCE through Hireahelper covers goods while being handled by our helpers up to $.60 per pound (policy must be activated by completing an inventory form). Full coverage insurance also available through Hireahelper. We'll never leave you stranded! If late we'll send extra helpers to make up time at no cost when possible. After my move was complete I realized the movers did not properly put my bed back together. On one side the headboard is not attached to the frame. This is a huge safety issue and I'm appalled by the lack of integrity that someone would leave it like that. I have moved two other times with this bed and have never had this issue, so other movers have successfully been able to disassemble and reassemble my bed. I do not recommend this company.

I needed movers and these guys were the answer! The two individuals were absolutely professional, Kirkland and Eric. They finished the job in under three hours for a one bedroom apartment in a building with no elevator and 6 flights of stairs. I would use these guys anytime again. What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Your move date is set! Contact for details and any necessary instructions
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We always show up! On time arrival within the first 20 minutes of the one hour window, with an experienced, professional and courteous crew.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please have items packed and ready to go (large boxes not too heavy please), furniture blankets to protect your stuff, appropriate size truck for the move. Then wooosah! we got you, you're things are in capable hands.
What types of moves have you handled?
Local, Long distance, Office, Commercial, Specialty moves (larger & fragile medical equipment).
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
No gym membership needed, we get paid to exercise. Our worksite is different everyday & we interact with new people.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Two weeks of moving technique (lifting, turning, angles), teamwork, pacing, basic disassembly/reassembly and materials handling as well as customer service is our basic training. Then more experienced movers ( Courtney, Eric, Yusef, Azar, Ken) have advanced training for loading moving vans.
