INSURANCE through Hireahelper covers goods while being handled by our helpers up to $.60 per pound (policy must be activated by completing an inventory form). Full coverage insurance also available through Hireahelper. We'll never leave you stranded! If late we'll send extra helpers to make up time at no cost when possible. Honestly, they were complaining about too much work. They seemed to be in slow motion versus moving quickly to get the job done. They broke one of my very nice marble tops to a table and didn't even apologize. And they seemed eager to get their hours and be sure they were paid. The process to hire them and communication was excellent from the website and Hireahelper. I just feel my particular movers were not as motivated as I would have liked.

The guys arrived on time and were waiting for us to pull around our truck while they held a parking spot! They also completed the job in under 2 hours and made sure to pack everything in securely and protected things that were fragile. I would definitely recommend.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Your move date is set! Contact for details and any necessary instructions
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We always show up! On time arrival within the first 20 minutes of the one hour window, with an experienced, professional and courteous crew.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please have items packed and ready to go (large boxes not too heavy please), furniture blankets to protect your stuff, appropriate size truck for the move. Then wooosah! we got you, you're things are in capable hands.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
No gym membership needed, we get paid to exercise. Our worksite is different everyday & we interact with new people.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Two weeks of moving technique (lifting, turning, angles), teamwork, pacing, basic disassembly/reassembly and materials handling as well as customer service is our basic training. Then more experienced movers ( Courtney, Eric, Yusef, Azar, Ken) have advanced training for loading moving vans.
