Art and team did a fantastic job of packing our Austin home goods into a 26' Penske truck. They arrived on time and completed the work in the allotted timeframe. They were particularly careful in HOW they packed, roped, and strapped our 3 bedroom household items so that these would arrive safely without damage 1,200 miles away in Utah. And, all arrived intact with no material damages.

We told them that we wanted them to load the furniture first as we could do the boxes. I am a senior with limited income. They kept picking up the boxes and little stuff, until my son had to get firm with them. They did go over the 2 hours. This was a little stressed about the extra money.

They were great. They can to work. I only had a 1BR apt to move, but they did it in 20 min and offered to stay and help put together the rest of my stuff. Thanks Richard, Troy and Damion. You did a great job.

Art really was a perfect helper. He was there on time, never let up on working until we were done, brought 2 dollies with him that were really helpful, and was a super nice guy. If I ever need to move again in Austin, I’ll be looking him up.

Scheduled for 9:00 AM. Arrived at 10:00 AM. They did text us to let us know what time they would be arriving. One mover was experienced and the other was learning. Both performed professionally. Treated our stuff with respect and were very careful to ensure no damage to walls or doors. They took one hour to move 9 heavy items and some smaller ones.
