We had 2 movers and one of them was certainly not as helpful as the lead mover. This added to the amount of time the move took (double the time + more money on our end) due to him talking on his phone, texting, FaceTiming, leaning on furniture and just overall super slow. We’ve had a great experience in the past with this company which is why we chose them but I cannot say the same for the future as moves are super stressful and hiring them just added to the stress.

Hi Courtney, we are sorry to hear that you were not pleased with our service. You booked 2 movers for 2 hours, it took 4 hours total with you and your husband helping. With that being said, it seemed liked more men and more hours should have been booked. When you book 2 men for 2 hours, this is the amount of time the crew expects to work. They know that it may sometimes take less or more than 2 hours, but it is up to the crew to decide if they want to stay over the pre-booked time. The youngman accepted your job because it was a 2 hr job and he had things to do early afternoon. I am glad they stayed to finish the job, they could have left after 2 hours. I am not making excuses, I do not condone him on the phone while on your time. But I do understand him trying to reach out to whoever he had a date with, especially going on the 3rd hour and realizing they still have about another hour to go that he probably won't make it. Probably unmotivated by the 3rd hour. Again, I do not condone it, but understand. I think you should've booked 4 movers if you wanted it done in 2 hours. I heard you had a lot of stuff and it was a long walk. The underlying issue which lead to an unpleasant experience was you (underbooked). I am truly sorry that you were stressed, but we are still the great movers we were on your 1st move. Hopefully you give us another chance.

This crew was great! They were on time, prepared, and worked diligently to finish well within the required time window. They were loading space appropriate for the amount of stuff we had to load. I certainly would and plan to use them again for the loading of our second container next month.

You can expect a smooth experience with professional movers who are honest, friendly and fun to work with. Customer satisfaction is our main priority and we aim to met or exceed your expectations.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

You can expect for us to arrive within the scheduled time frame prepared to conquer whatever the project requires.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Customers should have items that are able to be boxed, in boxes and labeled accordingly. If loading is required they should have blankets and some sort of tie-downs.

What types of moves have you handled?

We have handled all moves. Local, long distance, office, industrial, govt. contracts, you name it we've done it.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

The favorite part is completing difficult task in a minimum amount of time thru methods of expertise and experience that creates a WOW factor for our customers

What training do you provide your crew members?

We provide safety training thru videos and quizzes plus on the job basics and essentials including but not limited to customer interactions, (plt) proper lifting techniques, how to set a desk properly, getting a sofa thru a door and much more.

Same Day Moves

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.

Next Day Moves

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

Refunding Unused Time

We do not refund for any unused time.

Extra Hours

We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.

Our crew members are always equipped with mask and gloves., (always included, no fee)
Furniture dolly or straps:
We always have a furniture dolly, (always included, no fee)
Hand tools for assembly:
We always have tools ready and available, power drills, socket wrenches and various hand tools, (always included, no fee)
Hand truck:
Customer must request item, we offer at no additional charge., (upon request, no fee)
Plastic wrap:
additional $40 per roll of shrink wrap, ($40.00/ea.)
Rope:
Please request this product if needed for project., ($20.00/ea.)
