They were on time and did a fantastic job! Extremely courteous and were amazing in how well they filled up the containers. All of our items were handled carefully and well wrapped. I'd use them again with no hesitation.

They were on time and very professional and friendly. They worked hard and had our pos unloaded in 3 hours. It would have been faster had we not had elevator issues. I’d recommend them for sure.

These guys obviously knew what they were doing… I had a ton of boxes and little furniture and they arranged it carefully to prevent breakage. Great attitudes and great communication.

Sunny was great. You can depend on him. The other guy is careless and not that great. Didn’t even feel like asking his name. But overall good job.They were on time and they were prepared.

I wish you would've elaborated more on to why you were satisfied with one mover but not the other. If everything was done on time, nothing got damaged and "they" did a good job. I'm not understanding why you said the other guy was careless. That feedback would've been helpful to prevent whatever dissatisfied you from happening in the future. What can a customer expect after booking with you?

You can expect a smooth experience with professional movers who are honest, friendly and fun to work with. Customer satisfaction is our main priority and we aim to met or exceed your expectations.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

You can expect for us to arrive within the scheduled time frame prepared to conquer whatever the project requires.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Customers should have items that are able to be boxed, in boxes and labeled accordingly. If loading is required they should have blankets and some sort of tie-downs.

What types of moves have you handled?

We have handled all moves. Local, long distance, office, industrial, govt. contracts, you name it we've done it.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

The favorite part is completing difficult task in a minimum amount of time thru methods of expertise and experience that creates a WOW factor for our customers

What training do you provide your crew members?

We provide safety training thru videos and quizzes plus on the job basics and essentials including but not limited to customer interactions, (plt) proper lifting techniques, how to set a desk properly, getting a sofa thru a door and much more.

Same Day Moves

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.

Next Day Moves

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

Refunding Unused Time

We do not refund for any unused time.

Extra Hours

We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.

Our crew members are always equipped with mask and gloves., (always included, no fee)
Furniture dolly or straps:
We always have a furniture dolly, (always included, no fee)
Hand tools for assembly:
We always have tools ready and available, power drills, socket wrenches and various hand tools, (always included, no fee)
Hand truck:
Customer must request item, we offer at no additional charge., (upon request, no fee)
Plastic wrap:
additional $40 per roll of shrink wrap, ($40.00/ea.)
Rope:
Please request this product if needed for project., ($20.00/ea.)
