Yak did a great job. He helped us move everything out. Josh would not help with anything that didn’t go in the truck. The guys did a good job overall. If helpers won’t help move things to the dumpster your customers should know that before hiring.

The team arrived on time and got the job done. They didn't bring a knife or scissors to cut the ties in our U-box, and thankfully one of the guys had his personal knife on him to use. Eddie was great--professional and motivated. His teammate smelled like weed and seemed like he came to the job high. He didn't want to move anything until Eddie made him do it. Consequently, I felt nervous with them handling our fragile furniture. Nothing was broken, but I wouldn't have been surprised if it had been given the other teammate's attitude. I also had to help with smaller things (at 34 weeks pregnant) to get everything moved within our two-hour window.
We sincerely apologize for the stress this caused you, especially during such an important and sensitive time for your family. Please know that we take your concerns very seriously. Our crews arrive fully prepared with all necessary tools (per request) and consistently uphold the professionalism our customers deserve.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should have items that are able to be boxed, in boxes and labeled accordingly. If loading is required they should have blankets and some sort of tie-downs.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled all moves. Local, long distance, office, industrial, govt. contracts, you name it we've done it.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The favorite part is completing difficult task in a minimum amount of time thru methods of expertise and experience that creates a WOW factor for our customers
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide safety training thru videos and quizzes plus on the job basics and essentials including but not limited to customer interactions, (plt) proper lifting techniques, how to set a desk properly, getting a sofa thru a door and much more.
