Asked for an early start to the day, which I agreed to and moved my entire schedule up to help them out. Still showed up at the original time 3 hours later.
When loading the truck they stacked soft items and glass items and metal items on top of them. Ziggy said he was maximizing the space but really it was just putting it in as it was handed to him with a reckless care for our items.
We spend 3+ hours repacking the truck after we realized they had ratchet strapped the TV to the sofa and cracked the display. They complained about the amount of items, and it honestly felt like they were moving slower to get more hours out of me. If I could charge them back, I would. Do not use Moving with pride, do not use hire a helper if you value your items.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should have items that are able to be boxed, in boxes and labeled accordingly. If loading is required they should have blankets and some sort of tie-downs.

We have handled all moves. Local, long distance, office, industrial, govt. contracts, you name it we've done it.

The favorite part is completing difficult task in a minimum amount of time thru methods of expertise and experience that creates a WOW factor for our customers
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide safety training thru videos and quizzes plus on the job basics and essentials including but not limited to customer interactions, (plt) proper lifting techniques, how to set a desk properly, getting a sofa thru a door and much more.
