These guys were great. They went in and fixed a loaded mess that I had previously paid for. They did it with such ease and properly wrapped and covered my furniture and utilized every bit of space. The team from Big Boy Movers were terrific. We received a confirmation call about a week in advance of our unloading date and then a call the day before.
The team arrived on time and worked quickly, efficiently and carefully. They treated our stuff as their own and were careful not to bump freshly painted walls or scratch wood floors.

Upon arrival in Idaho, we had scheduled our offloading with Big Boy Movers into a storage facility while we home shop. Two Ben's arrived and were both exceedingly pleasant and careful with everything they removed from the truck. They worked quick and efficiently. Unfortunately the original mover who loaded (C&C Movers, Columbia, SC) completely destroyed much of our furniture by not using all the moving pads we provided. Big Boy Movers and the two Ben's were awesome and when we find a new home in the next month, we are calling them for a load and unload. So far the experience with Big Boy Movers has been great. Looking forward to working, hopefully with Ben & Ben again.

Both men sent to my aid in unloading my second PODs container were on time as scheduled and well prepared to do the job. Both men braved the cold to carefully unload my belongs and were very considerate of where they placed my belongings.
Both Gunner and Zain, showed respect, not only the wife and I, while doing their task, but also to our home. We would highly recommend them and Big Boys of Idaho, LLC for help in moving chores.

To whom this may concern:
I was very happy with the two men that serviced my unloading needs from my "Pods" shipping container.
They showed up on time, and explained the paperwork required, and the time frame being charged for their time.
They where prepared for the job at hand and worked continuously, until the 8x8x16 foot container was empty.
Both men where very respectful of our property and took considerable caution with fragile items as marked.
Since I have one more "Pods" container to unload, I defiantly will call and request the same two gentlemen if possible.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
The customer can expect to receive a text confirming the date and time of the job. Through this communication they can also add any additional information that might be helpful such as: heavy items, long walks, specialty items, parking arrangements, etc.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The movers will be on-site within the arrival window given. They will then do a walkthrough of the premises in order to strategize best practices for your individual relocation. They will then go over paperwork and begin the move.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Any prep the customer does on their end will quicken the move saving the movers time and, in effect, the customer money. Prep may include: breaking down beds, emptying drawers, clearing a walkway throughout the house, etc. Of course if these things are not done before hand, the workers will willingly do them when they arrive.
What types of moves have you handled?
After so many years in the industry there is nothing we haven't seen. We've done something so small as moving a couple of pieces of furniture to another room to relocating five thousand pound printing presses across town. We've relocated customers from California to Maine and everywhere in between. We can provide packing materials, packing services, loading services, transportation, unloading services, and unpacking services. In short there's nothing we can't do in this industry.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The bet part of the job is seeing the relief in the customers' faces when they see that they don't have to move anything or stress about someone else moving their possessions. it always makes me smile when they visibly relax. Moving doesn't have to be stressful.
What training do you provide your crew members?
The onboarding process for our movers is extensive. Probably the part I like the best about our company is that 100% of our workers are referrals from workers we already have. That means the guys we hire are already vetted by our own employees who would never want to work with someone unreliable or lazy. In fact when we interview a person we already know what kind of work ethic and character he or she has after talking to the person that referred the potential worker. Our workers are as good as it gets.
