They did a terrific job of informing me of the day and time the helpers would be arriving. They were very courteous, careful and patient. Asking where furniture was to be placed, double checking to make sure I was satisfied, the same with the boxes. When they were finished, asked if I needed anything changed around. Very courteous. I highly recommend this company and definitely would use them again

The workers worked very hard and efficiently. The only issue I had is that in my lack of experience, although I told the manager how much I had, I under estimated the time needed to load the POD. There was not flexibility regarding the time because they had another job to go to right after my 3 hours. I think the fact that most people moving probably don't really know how much help is needed for how long so jobs should not be piled up one right after the other. The men worked hard without a break then were rushed off to another job. That doesn't seem right. I didn't feel that they were treated well and respectively by the company.

I can't say enough good things about Greg and his crew. I hired them to help me move into my apartment a year ago, and again just recently to help me move out, loading all my stuff into a pod. They were professional and respectful, showed up right on time, and not only worked hard but also worked smart - they loaded my pod like a Tetris game, can't believe how efficiently they managed to pack everything in. Everything was well protected and handled carefully. These guys clearly know what they're doing (unlike the company that loaded my pod the last time I moved, who just randomly piled stuff in). They ended up needing more time than the 2 hours I'd reserved, but it wasn't their fault - a combination of me having a ton of stuff and my building having a ridiculously slow elevator. They were very transparent about the additional charges for staying longer, and I felt the cost was reasonable for the service they provided. Highly recommend M.B.G.S. - wish I could bring them with me to unpack in my new city!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
-Introductory phone call within 24 hrs of your booking to review your job requirements -Professional customer service representatives to assist with any of your pre-move questions -A dedicated representative of our company to call if any changes need to be made.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Introductory phone call from the crew 30 minutes before arrival -A crew that arrives on-time, ready to assist on your move -Uniformed crew members -tools, door jam protector and rug runner as well as a carton dolly and a furniture dolly. Basic hand tools for basic assemble/disassemble, that may be needed to move some items. -a walkthrough of your home with the crew to discuss your goals for the move.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
-Please utilize the many years of experience of our service reps to assist with any questions you have leading up o your move -If you are loading, you will want to make sure you have all the right supplies to ensure a safe move. Our reps can help with your planning, but some of the things you might need are furniture blankets, rope, straps, mattress bags, tape and boxes Please make sure you label the side of all boxes for your new home. -If you are unloading, you might want to try to secure a packing.

What training do you provide your crew members?
With over 20+ years experience of successful moves, we have developed policies and procedures for all types of moves. Each crew member is given extensive in the office training on these policies and procedures. We also take all movers through an extensive hands-on training program in our warehouse that walks them through the proper way to pack, protect, carry, load and unload your belongings that are good for the safety of your items and all involved in the move.
