2of the 3 showed 15 minutes late and third guy was 26 minutes late. The really big and strong guy often carried a single couch cushion and a kid's thing per trip. Complete waste of time. The other 2 worked pretty hard and were nice. However our dinning room table was scratched horribly. One of the harder worker was vapey constantly . They worked so slowly that a 2 hour deal billed me at 3.5 hours, or another $253 on top of the original $253. Basically feel screwed and will NOT recommend them!!!!

The movers were great. They were on time and very polite and professional. They were very smart and clever in how they approached challenges. They respected my stuff. They worked hard and got the job done within two hours. They took a lot of the stress off moving. I would definitely call them again for help.

Showed up early, worked hard and completed the job in the 3 hours allotted. No concerns or complaints whatsoever. They were respectful of all of our belongings and were happy to place the items where we asked them to. I would definitely use them again and refer them to my friends.

Dustin and Cody were excellent movers. They worked hard, stayed safe, and made sure that none of my things were damaged in the process. I had them unload a moving truck and then follow me to my new apartment to unload stuff there too. They were quick and efficient. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I would have no problem hiring them again. Excellent service.

They came a little late and when it came to a certain item they wanted to take it through the front door as I said it wouldn’t fit and they should take it through the patio door. But did not choose to listen to me and they ended up scratching our front door because of not listening to me and ended up going through the patio door anyways. I’m not to happy with these guys as our house is brand new and didn’t have any scratches.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
When a customer books with 5-Star Movers, they can expect a prompt phone call to go over the details of the move, and discuss what the best options are for the customer to make the move go as smoothly as possible.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The customer should expect a crew that moves their items quickly and efficiently, while also being lighthearted and able to joke around with them and have fun on the moving day.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The customer should prepare for moving day by making sure they have plenty of ratchet straps and blankets so our team can come in and make sure all of their items are packed as securely and safely as possible. If it is a larger apartment complex, we advise that they reserve a freight elevator for use during their move.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done all types of moves from long distance full-service jobs to California, office moves, full PODs packs, and even just moving a couch around in a house. We can do it all!
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of being a mover is the variation in environment from day to day. Sometimes I could be working at a 8000 square foot mansion with a 6 man crew, other days I could be working at a studio apartment with one other person. Every day is truly different, and that's what makes it exciting!
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our crew members all know how to use basic tools for assembly and disassembly, they know how to use moving equipment such as dollies and shoulder straps to make the move smoother. Our experienced guys are very good at loading trucks, and show the new people how to do it so they can one day be a great loader as well. We also prioritize attention to detail and will miss out on jobs sometimes rather than ever sending a crew we don't believe is 5-Star quality.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

We do not refund for any unused time.

We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
