They started out well but seemed to slow down at the end. They liked to complain and kept saying they need more people and became selective on items. I had two other people helping but I guess they didn’t count them. They were prepared when they got there after entering the wrong address in the gps. I asked prior to them coming over if I can utilize some extra time to clean up another area but they decided four hours was enough. Customer service was average. I guess next time I would like to get the no complaining rate

First off I would like to say thank you for your business. Secondly we never discussed the shelving getting taken apart. 3rd, There should of been at least 4 guys on the job from the beginning for 3 different locations. And as far as the complaining went, the only complaints I had were that in no way shape or form are the gas powered lawn mowers allowed on a uhaul, Penske, Ryder, or budget truck. It’s against there policy.

They showed up late, very disrespectful, they were supposed to come and do a pre-move audit and they cancelled. They didn’t load our stuff right and left a tremendous amount behind so now we have to move again. They took 10 breaks in 4 hours, they did not pack our truck securely so we had damage. When I called later I found out they weren’t even authorized people for hire a helper. We deserve a refund. They were awful

We didn’t show up late at all! I was busy with my other jobs so I was very busy and had asked you to Send a video and that didn’t happen. U also knew that you had more than what a 26ft truck could hold and you were ok with it. We packed it as tight as we could, your husband helped fill in the holes that I couldn’t reach. Furthermore. We weren’t disrespectful one bit. One of the guys knows how to move and wasn’t listening at all to our instructions. Also, everything was tied down properly in 3 different sections. If the 8 ft shelf was put in the truck you definitely wouldn’t of been able to get as much stuff in the truck as we did

Started the job on time but moved slow and not enthusiastic about the job!.

We were moving slow in order to be careful with your items that you wanted wrapped in a blanket and shrunk wrap we ask your husband numerous times to stay out of the way and that never happened. Told you that you needed more blankets then what you had but they never happened

Hard workers with a good attitude. Knew what they were doing and loaded the truck to maximize amount that could be loaded. We had a lot of stuff and they made it all fit into a 16 foot truck.

told me to have some rope or sachets to tie the load up but They never told me I should have tape and blankets to wrap stuff up with. good thing I did anyway and they broke a table I have that is mirrored.

It was nice being able to help you that day. I’m sorry but there was no mirrored table. If you’re talking about the table from the kitchen/dining room area, there was already damage to it that we brought to your attention and you replied with don’t worry about it

Have everything they want packed, packed so we can grab and go unless they have us pack and load truck or container. If they want any material make sure to have that ready as well
