1) Prepared but casually late. 2) Upon arrival, Rob explained that he had another job scheduled back to back with ours. We were taken back. We were of the understanding that if the job took longer than two hours we would have the option to pay of another hour. 3) Jason was ready to work. Rob was tired, dragging. We showed them the furniture in the house which was priority one. We showed them boxes and items in the garage. These were prioritized according to importance of had to go and what could be left behind. 4) When they tied back the first row, we noted that items were not to the ceiling. We commented on this, that it was not done according to the instructions on the POD wall. Rob response was "we do this for a living." At 2 hours, Rob said we are done. Furniture was not loaded - this was to be the first to be loaded. They also loaded items that we had in the area that could be left behind. This was upsetting. We began to finish the load and noted that our expensive leather furniture was not covered! We had more than adequate blankets and quilts for covering all furniture item. They were not used! We could not allow our furniture to be rubbing up against wood walls without protection. So we had to unload the stuff around the furniture and reload. We reloaded according to the instructions on the POD wall. It was amazing what we could load into that POD. If we would have loaded it ourselves, we probably could have gotten everything in that we wanted to. We would not have needed the second POD we had on stand by. 5) We will never use Robbies Amazing Moves again and we will advise anyone thinking about using them not to.

They were on time and very courteous. They were respectful of both my belongings and keeping my apartment clean. They asked questions as to where I wanted furniture and/or boxes located. Overall it was a very good experience.

The helpers showed up on time although they had to use the bathroom before work could start. They arrived with only a $39 hand truck to move the required items. Fortunately, I had an air compressor handy to pump up the hand truck tires as they were quite flat/unusable.
The items to be moved were 11 heavy power tools 150 -250 lbs each. I had explained this to the Hire-Helper agent before and they indicated if the items were less then 400 lbs each there was no issue. Obviously, the items to be moved took more time then anticipated.
I would have expected the crew to have shoulder strap equipment or something similar. The crew did work very hard for 4 hours however.
