Are use Robbys amazing knows to pack my pad at the end of May, and then have them unpack the pod end of August when moving into our new place. They were on time for both appointments and actually when unpacking the pod I got done I within an hour and 15 minutes, which was nice because then I could start unpacking my things. They were very respectful of my property, there was no damages to any of my furniture or anything that I had packed in boxes, and tubs. I would definitely use Robbie is Mason is in the future, and they did a great job. Ellen

I called to make my reservation in advance. At that time I explained that I needed help to load a UHaul truck starting at 8 a.m. I was assured that Robbie would be reliable and show up on schedule to assist with our moving needs. I told the woman who answered the phone to place my order that I was scheduled to pick up the UHaul at 7:30 pm on 08/15/19. This is a mile from my home and Robbie could come by 8 a.m. or sooner if possible. Most of the items were taken downstairs and out to the curb for them to load. I spoke to Robbie the day before and was clear about the plan. The day of the move, 08/15/19, I received a text that they were on their way at 8 a.m. No one showed up. I called at 8:30 a.m. and obviously woke Robbie up from a dead sleep. He was angry with me for being upset that he wasn't on the job. He said they have a window of one hour to show up for the job. This was never discussed when I confirmed the reservation. I made it clear when I made the reservation that it would only take one hour to load the truck. Robbie called to argue with me that the items would not all fit. I told him that I planned ahead and he needs to just get here and we can measure, if he feels that is necessary. He and another male arrived unclean and smelled of body odor. I had to drive to Duluth and back that day and needed to deliver the UHaul back within a certain time period. They threw off the entire schedule for me to move my daughter. We did not have time to put together her furniture and I had to leave to get back to the UHaul in Mpls.
I feel I deserve at least half my money back if not all. This was not the service I requested. I needed help. I am a single Mother of two college kids. Money is tight and I cannot physically do everything.

Great job. We’re on time, worked hard for the entire 2 hours they were loading my belongings into the truck. Friendly and very conscientious- wrapped items that needed to be protected, were careful with valuables and nothing was damaged or broken. I would highly recommend them for any job.

They did a great job of moving the stuff into the appartment. It did not take the whole 2 hours so they started putting together a TV stand. Extremely helpful.
