Very happy with Texas Moving Center. I received several calls from the main office in advance confirming and re-confirming the move's details. The 2 movers arrived on time and ready to go. They completed a load and unload of a 10-foot U-Haul truck with 30-40 boxes, bags and suitcases in less than an hour. No breaks, no damage, no problems. Would use again.

The helpers were super polite and worked hard and fast, making their best effort to finish everything on time. Unfortunately, they arrived at my apartment 2 hours late (they were supposed to arrive between 3 and 4 pm) and arrived at 6:15 pm. I only found out they were going to be late because I called them close to 4 pm asking when they would arrive.
They ended up having an extra and unexpected load of service on the move they were doing before mine, and I understand that this is not the helper's fault, but their manager could have sent another team to my place or called in advance so I could prepare.

2 young men ran up and down 3 flights of stairs for an hour. They loaded our trucks and we were on our way an hour earlier than expected. I would use this service again in a heart beat. I called on Monday and they were right on time.
