A-1 sent a great, courteous crew with Brad as the lead, to load in a 26 ft rental for my cross country trip. As a late load time, it was their last job of the day, and it showed a little. My only complaint is that I had ordered 5 dozen blankets to cover my un-boxed furniture, and the team didn't cover all of the furniture in the blankets. The result was scratches on surfaces of my dining room table and my china hutch, a piece designated as one I wanted most protected. 4 dozen blankets went unused. I wish I had seen this before we finished. Even my un-loaders couldn't believe it.

Solid moving company who finished their work under time! They were incredibly communicative, calling in advance to let me know they were having car trouble but that they'd arrive as soon as possible. They also pointed out every item of furniture that had been damaged in the slightest, just to be sure I was aware of what happened in the process of the move. They were incredibly professional, respectful, and friendly.

These guys did a great job loading two PODS for us for a long distance move. There was nothing broken on the other end, and you can't ask for more than that.

They were great, I recommend them whole heartedly. They arrived earlier than expected but were fine with waiting until I got ready. I was happier that they arrived earlier (rather than late or not at all). They did an excellent job moving - they were constantly working and packed the PODS really well. They have tons of moving experience and dealing with PODS, I totally recommend them.

The A-1 Movers were early, friendly, and tackled the move well playing tetris in the back of our moving truck. They were constantly disassembling, wrapping, and moving items for us. They took great care in all aspects of the move. We ended up needing an extra hour because we had a bit more stuff than we imagined and they plugged through getting all of our needs done. I would not only recommend them but I'd use them in a future move. We were able to pack and move our own stuff, but their speed and efficiency was a huge help.

we always call on the day of the move , my crew comes in full uniform ,with shrink wrap ,dollies , and tools , professional, caring , polite and willing to help in anyway , we start by padding and shrink wrapping all of your furniture and making sure floors and walls are protected , and the we strategically pack everything into your pod or truck with great care and precision , making sure in the process your are completely comfortable and satisfied with our work
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
all you needd to do is make sure everything is in boxes , leave the rest to us , we will take care of the rest . our job is to make your move as easy and stress free as possible
What types of moves have you handled?
we had handled all types of moves , big ,small , we also do commercial moves , we handle unloading of 53ft trucks at Renewal by Anderson window company every week and have for the past 5 years
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
meeting new people , being able to help people and making them happy , we enjoy the personal touch we inflict on our customers ,
What training do you provide your crew members?
all of my men are trained with me personally for there first 3 months , so i can teach them the way we do things here at A-1 Movers , we are not like the rest , we put our heart and soul into every customer we move ,
