Three workers and a large truck showed up and although it was later than originally told, they did call to let us know with apologies. They were very polite and moved our things efficiently.
All the workers were respectful and I would recommend their services.
I did recently find two broken lamps-one glass lampshade and one with a broken base-so I would love to speak to someone about getting compensated for that.

They were on time. They did work hard. I didn't feel that they were prepared; they had no tools. There were two guys. One, I would use again, the other I most definitely would not. I had purchased all kinds of furniture covers and ratchet straps to protect and secure my belongings. Even after repeatedly telling him I had them, none were used. He even layed my metal patio chairs on top of my wooden bookcase without any barrier in between. I had to insist that he take them down and cover the bookcase with one of my blankets. (I also had several moving blankets). I did not feel as though care was being taken with my belongings.
