The helpers were kind. Showed up 1 hour before the allotted time which I was ready for.
They worked hard. But they irresponsibly packed my item in the truck to the point were certain damage was done.
And then to be out into a position to have to choose between $90 or a long unfruitful claim process is a slap in the face. With pictures evidence, more should have been accommodated.
