The movers were very good - prompt, professional and did a wonderful job.

They were about 45 min late but once they were here, they were solid guys that did an excellent job. They also were scheduled the previous day but Packrat left us hanging. They rescheduled and did not charge us for that day.
I would totally call them again.

Two movers, one was okay and did not complain. However, the other one (Larry) was the worse mover I have ever encountered. He was rude, complained the entire time, criticized the neighborhood I moved to, was arguing with neighbors, complained about the stairs, and was lazy and had a horrible attitude. He made numerous inappropriate comments throughout the move and made me uncomfortable. He said he was the boss or owner, I don't care what you are at the company, you don't treat people (especially paying clients) that way! Unfortunately for him, will not be using this company in the future!! Oh yeah, and they weren't very careful with the Fragiles! I have never had problems with a moving company, this is my first!

Good job, worked with me on setting time to my schedule. Showed up on time. Were careful moving furniture so neither it nor walls or doors were scratched. Would recommend them again.

Excellent, highly professional. Planned for extra time but BOW Movers hit the ground running and finished before my estimate. They arrived onetime, well organized, and worked their "proverbial tails off". They were respectful of our property and placed each and every item at the proper spot. I would use them again. And highly recommend BOW Movers to anyone needing assistance in the mundane but stressful process of moving.
