We’ll do all of the packing, loading and transporting of your goods, and we’ll unload and unpack when we arrive. Unlike the labor-only service, we sort out the transport too, leaving you to enjoy your day with minimal interruptions and no stress. After booking, confirming and then losing two other movers from Hire A Helper, the two men from Top Flight Movers showed up, did a great job and took care of our items professionally. We were ready to give up on HireAHelper until they showed up.

#1. I do appreciate them accommodating my needs last minute. My original movers had cancelled and these guys did step in and pick-up for the guys that bailed; Kudos for that. #2. Don't make promises you can't keep. My original crew was scheduled for noon, these guys confirmed for a 1-2pm arrival, understandable and functional with my schedule. Spoke with the owner 1st thing in the morning to provide and overview of my needs and dicuss the scheduling. He said his crew was loading a small truck(16ft) 1st before they were coming to me and they would easily arrive within the timing. I requested a contact call or text when the crew was in route so I could get some lunch while I waited. 1pm- no call 1:15- no call. David had informed me that the crew was 40 min from my location so at this point with no contact I was nervous. 1:30- I sent a text to David for an update, I got a reply at 1:35 that the crew was in route as of 10 min ago. 40 min drive so should be on time. 2:05 I got a call from the crew stating that they were still in a location at least an hour from me, and only 5 min from where they had supposedly started! We had elevator reservations that ended at 4pm, a truck due back by 5pm. the 2pm (later end) start time was our absolute limit. Guys finally showed at about 3:10. I just barely had enough time to get the truck emptied and returned with my assistance scrambling to finish up(I had started without them due to the tardiness). The crew was Super nice and very polite, along with being careful with the move that was left for them to do. But be cautious that the management seems to be over-extending their capabilities. Had I known there was potential for the crew to arrive so late, I would have hired another company that could get there sooner. I also run a moving business and I know the challenge of providing last-minute service. But I never make promises I(or my crew) can't deliver on. I would only use this company in the future if my schedule didn't depoend on it. Greta crew. Rough management.

James and Quincy did very good job working to get as many items into POD as possible. They did arrive at 4 pm instead of 1 - 2 pm but were held up on another job. They did proactively call multiple times and let me know they were running late.

When James and Michael came to work: THEY CAME TO WORK!!! Due to POD's inability or refusal to move the POD to a more advantageous location, this move was daunting, requiring approximately 15 steps to reach the POD from the area where furniture and boxes were stored. When I expressed my apology for the challenge faced both shrugged and said basically,"Don't worry, it comes with the territory." Upon preparing lunch for the guys, they said :"We don't eat on your time." Although the POD has yet to arrive at its final destination, I will surely see if these guys can be there for the unload as well.

Our moving labor helpers did an excellent job and were prompt, courteous and very efficient. They worked hard to get everything packed with no breakage. I would recommend them and plan to use them again in the future.
