Top Flight Movers did a really excellent job. I hired them to unload a storage unit and due to an error with the hire a helper website, they did not realize my job had been accepted. When I spoke to David the night before my move to confirm, he didn't even realize he had been booked for me. He ended up fitting me in to their schedule last minute which I was really grateful for. David and his team were very communicative about the timing and the schedule all day, which I appreciated. When they arrived, they took all of fifteen minutes to unload my storage unit. They were fast, they handled everything with care and they were friendly. Highly recommend.

Although the guys that were sent were extremely nice and hard working, I would not recommend this company. They were unprepared and did not know what they were doing. They were dropped off with nothing but ONE 4-wheel dolly and a roll of plastic wrap... for a 2-bedroom apartment. I provided them with a stack of moving blankets, and they did not use them until they actually loaded my furniture into the storage container, so a lot of my furniture was damaged as it was being carried. I have anodized aluminum dining chairs that were completely scraped up by the time they reached my storage container because they carried them down stacked on each other without wrapping them or adding any padding until they placed them into the container, and my dresser was dinged up because they had leaned the top of my dining room table against it while they were loading without any padding. I don't even want to think about how much more damage I am going to discover when I unload my storage container. Also, after they left, I noticed that they had put a hole in my living room wall (most likely as they were moving my couch) and they didn't say anything.

Top Flight Movers not only did an excellent job carefully moving all of my belongings, they also bent over backwards to accommodate about four scheduling changes due to delays in the arrival time of my moving container (which was done by another company).
They were so helpful and flexible about these scheduling changes -- it really make my life a lot easier and was a huge stress relief.
And when the moving container finally did arrive, Top Flight Movers was there waiting, and got it unloaded in record time. Plus the movers were polite and professional while they did it too. I definitely recommend Top Flight Movers if you're looking for movers who offer reliable, professional customer service.
