We used Spine Savers twice in our move from Colorado. Willie and Steve were hard workers and got my truck loaded and packed in a timely manner. They took care with my furniture and goods and I was pleased with the service they provided. I would use them again.

We used them two times. First time they arrived 15 minutes early, worked very hard and quickly. Second time they were 1 1/2 hours late, but once they were there they worked hard and got the job done. I would have easily given them a 5 star if they hadn't been late. The tardiness was extremely stressful since we had to be out of the house that day. We had no other options. Had to call the owner many times to get the to show up. So, first time was a 5, second time was a 2-3 star.

Mover's response:

I'm sorry but we were 15 minutes late i informed you the morning of we were running behind due to a previous move that we would be closer to the 11 oclock part of the hour window and i told you again when you called at 10:03 and 10:07. I then ignored the calls at 10:14, 10:15 3 at 10:16 another at 10:23 answered at 10:27 verified in route. I then called you 10:52 informed i went to wrong address st not dr so was across town. Then missed your call at 11:03 and arrived at 11:15 sorry for inconvenience but just like your move we don't leave people hi and dry and always will stay until we are done or you release us.

We had three guys for theee hours and I’ve never seen guys work so hard. They were on time and had the belts to carry heavy things. They worked hard to not go over the three hour mark, and only missed it by 12 min. Not one damaged item. These guys were amazing. We would definitely use again. Please tip these guys if you use them.

Sir sorry that you feel that way but you had like 6 regular blankets for a 26 ft truck we can't cover very much I warned you when I first called to book the order hire a helper also lets you know you need at least one Furniture pad / piece of furniture most Furniture needs a few but if any of the damage is outside of rub damage please let me know and I will handle it
